Welcome to our newest addition of The Wyoming History Homepage. The Wind River Indian Reservation is headquartered at Ft. Washakie, Wyoming and is home to the Eastern Shoshone and Northern Arapahoe Indian Tribes. This history project and collection of webpages are NOT affiliated with either of the tribal nations above, the Wind River Reservation or the Bureau of Indian Affairs.

This page is under construction, so be sure to keep checking back with us for new resources. When researching your heritage on the Wind River Indian Reservation, please remember to also check our Fremont County History Homepage and our Hot Springs County History Homepage. We welcome your comments, suggestions, corrections or additions!
